Running Analysis
Have you ever been told by another runner that you “over-pronate”? Or that stretching your piriformis will solve all of your problems? Or that you just need the right foot orthotic in your running shoes? There is a lot of information out there in the running world, and a lot of it is good stuff - in the right situation! We will work with you to best understand your running situation, your body, your gear, then problem solve to build a program that addresses each aspect of your running hopes and dreams.
We utilize the RunEasi system to collect your movements real-time while out on a run, and then analyze the graphs and charts with you afterwards to find areas of improvement. This also allows us to see progress in running efficiency over time.
Your ideal run form should be uniquely “yours”, while being as economical, low stress, and symmetrical as possible.
