A proper bike fit is equal parts science and art! With so many moving parts on a bike and within a body - when you change one thing, you change everything. So every bike fit has a built-in followup for further adjusting.
On the bike, we look at:

Crank length
Seat height/tilt/fore/aft
Saddle choice
Cockpit position
Weight distribution
Handlebars, grips, and stem
Suspension adjustments
On the body, we look at:
Joint mobility
Strength
Bone orientation
Body control and symmetry
Posture
