Bike Fitting

Your bike is adjustable, your body is adaptable.

A proper bike fit is equal parts science and art! With so many moving parts on a bike and within a body - when you change one thing, you change everything. So every bike fit has a built-in followup for further adjusting.

On the bike, we look at:

  • Cleat/pedal position

  • Crank length

  • Seat height/tilt/fore/aft

  • Saddle choice

  • Cockpit position

  • Weight distribution

  • Handlebars, grips, and stem

  • Suspension adjustments

On the body, we look at:

  • Joint mobility

  • Strength

  • Bone orientation

  • Body control and symmetry

  • Posture

Education is a big part of our bike fits too! You will want to learn how to adjust your body and bike for different types of terrain and distances to get the most out of your ride.
