Yes and no. We chose to be Out of Network providers because we were frustrated by insurance companies directing our patient's plans of care based on dollars rather than needs. This allows you and I to work collaboratively and determine the best course of treatment for your health, schedule, and bank account.
That said, if you do have medical insurance and want to submit a claim for reimbursement, we will create a superbill for that purpose. Reimbursement for treatment depends on your plan. If you have any questions about this, let us know and we can help guide you!

Nope! We chose to establish ourselves as a Direct Access clinic, so that we could reduce the amount of waiting time between the occurrence of pain or dysfunction and the time you are seen here to do something about it. In a typical protocol, you would have musculoskeletal pain, schedule an appointment with your physician (1-4 weeks), the referral would be placed and authorized for payment (another week or so), and then scheduled with PT. We are cutting out all of that waiting time to get you back to what you want to be doing.

We intend to be as transparent and up front as possible. Our Initial Evaluations are $200, with follow up appointments $180. Each patient visit is 1 hour.
Bike Fits are a little more, because we are evaluating both you and your bike. That takes extra time (~90 minutes), and each bike fit comes with a follow up visit (~30 min) for minor tweaks after a couple weeks of testing.
As a patient at Go Further Physio, you will also have access to our movement programming app, along with direct contact (phone, app messaging, text) with us.
And if you are not satisfied with the care that your receive, we will refund your money. All of it. Simple as that.
