You were made to Go Further
Heal. Rebuild. Perform.
We join alongside you as your Physical Therapist and health advocate, focusing on improved movement function with lasting outcomes.
We help people improve their movement limitations as performance-based Doctors of Physical Therapy. We take traditional Physical Therapy evaluation and intervention, then pair and progress it with performance training.
We focus on your QUALITY of movement, and then help you integrate that into your QUANTITY of movement.
Orthopedics and Movement Performance
We come alongside people at all points of their movement journey. From competitive athlete to fitness enthusiast to weekend warrior to motivated walker, we help you get back to the activities you love without the aches and pains to accompany them.
We also specialize in injury prevention. Life is full of the unexpected- when we train for those moments, we won’t be injured by them.
Limited by pain or looking to optimize performance - we’ve got you covered!

Running Analysis
According to the research by Fields and colleagues, 50% of runners experience a Running-related Injury (RRI) each year. If you knew you had a flip-of-a-coin chance to injure yourself each year, would you still do it? Well, for most runners, the answer is still “Heck yes!” Running offers too many benefits and is too fun to be swayed by statistics like that.
For most runners, overuse injuries are the problem (far fewer traumatic injuries result from running). If you are dealing with injuries, it is likely due to training errors and running mechanics - and with our background in running, programming, and the human body, we can help with both issues. Your ideal form should be individually yours, while also being economical, low stress, and symmetrical. If these moments of injury do occur, let us help you get back to the road or trails.

Bike Fit
Many bike shops can offer recommendations about frame size and they might adjust the seat height for you, and that is generally where the fit ends. But there is so much more to adjust on a bike, and even more to adjust and tinker with on a human body! A Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong knowledge of bike mechanics, like myself, is the ideal person to help in this situation.
Unless you are riding for a pro bike team, the goal is to have fun riding your bike. It might get a little uncomfortable as you put together long, demanding rides, but it should never hurt to ride! If it does, we will work together to identify the problem, then adjust both your bike and your body to solve the issue.
